Mandatory mobility

The programme followed by all students is drawn up once and for all at the start of the course and in agreement with each student. Depending on the student's profile and language skills, as well as the possibilities for hosting and supporting, a pedagogical contract will be drawn up and handed to the student on enrollment. It will indicate:

• The place in France where the student must spend his or her entire first year and acquire 60 ECTS;


• The place of residence for semester 3 and 4, which are mainly the same places. Exceptionally and according to the motivation of the student, the forth semester (internship) could be spent in other universities including associated partners of the Consortium or in a company;


• European students may also select, for their 4th semester, also a third country. 28 third countries have agreed to participate to this Erasmus Mundus Programme.



All possible mobility paths are synthesized in the table below. For the first two semesters, students must remain in one of the three French universities. For the 3rd semester, a student can move from any of these to any of the remaining three: Bucharest, Alessandria, or Barcelona. For the 4th semester, any place in the first three rows in column 4 can be reached from any place in column 3: in other words, the 3rd and 4th semester can be spent either at the same university or in two different ones. For the 4th semester, European students are also offered the possibility to go to a third country.


Changing from one university to another in the same country is NOT considered to be mobility.
