Services provided to students

All the institutions of the consortium keep up to date their international web pages. In particular, the location and contact of the International Relations (IR) offices, and the provided services can easily be found. All the partners of the consortium have an International Relations office, for some of them with several locations (one general and others in the different campuses and/or schools). The opening hours are different from partner to partner but, in any case, during a minimum of six hours per day the international students can contact the local international services. In all the partners’ IR offices, students can address their questions in English; moreover French is also available in the non-French partners. There are 3 holidays periods very similar for all the partners: Christmas (one or two weeks), Easter (one or two weeks), and summer (mainly August).

For grantees with a family. The IR offices provide information and help for the grantees’ family in getting residence permits, visas, and accommodation. Some of social events are open to all members of these families.

For grantees with special needs. All the partners are located in city centers or not far away, with public transportations adapted to disabled people. In all the cases, access to teaching buildings, doors and lifts are adapted to disabled people. All the partners except Bucharest provide accommodation for disabled persons. All the partners except Bucharest provide a disability support service. Examinations for students who suffer from various disabilities or health problems are organized in accordance to these services.
